  13. John, have you considered offering a CD ROM version of Interchange at  
  14. an initially lower price that includes a few "basic" format  
  15. converters, but which also contains all the "high-end" format  
  16. converters that could be unlocked on an as-needed, fee-per-converter  
  17. basis?  (With some converters perhaps being more "expensive" to  
  18. unlock than others.)

  20. Just a thought.  What are the positives and negatives of this kind of
